01 Platform Overview
Welcome to See-King ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). See-King operates a reverse marketplace for collectibles — a place where buyers post what they're seeking ("Seeks") and sellers respond with what they have ("Fills"). By accessing or using See-King, you ("User") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.
See-King is operated by See-King Inc. These Terms govern your use of the website located at seeking-p330.polsia.app and any related services.
02 How See-King Works
See-King flips the traditional marketplace model:

Buyer Posts a Seek
A buyer describes the item they want — player, year, brand, grade, budget — and posts it publicly on the Platform.

Sellers Submit Fills
Sellers browse open Seeks and submit offers with their asking price, item photos, and condition details.

Buyer Reviews & Accepts
The buyer reviews all Fills and accepts the offer that best matches their criteria and budget.

Payment & Fulfillment
Buyer pays via Stripe. Seller ships with tracking. Funds are released to the seller after the inspection window closes.
See-King facilitates the connection and transaction between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between Users.
03 Fee Structure

7.5% Seller Service Fee — All-In
See-King charges sellers a flat 7.5% service fee on the final sale price of each completed transaction. This is an all-in fee covering payment processing, platform operations, and our margin. Buyers pay no fees.
What the fee covers
- Payment processing — Stripe processing costs are included in the 7.5%. You won't see a separate processing charge.
- Platform infrastructure — Hosting, dispute handling tools, and buyer-seller matching.
- Fraud protection — Chargeback risk and fraud mitigation handled by See-King.
- See-King margin — We're a business too.
Example calculation
If a buyer pays $200 for a card:
- Buyer pays: $200.00
- See-King fee (7.5%): −$15.00
- Seller receives: $185.00
Fee changes: See-King reserves the right to modify the fee structure with 30 days' notice posted to the Platform. Transactions already in progress at the time of a fee change are governed by the fee schedule in effect at the time the buyer's payment was captured.
04 Payment Terms & Hold Policy
All transactions on See-King are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. By completing a transaction, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. See-King never stores your full credit card number.

Buyer Pays
Buyer completes checkout via Stripe. Payment is captured and held by See-King pending fulfillment.

Seller Ships
Seller ships the item with a trackable shipping method within 3 business days. Seller provides tracking information through the Platform.

Delivery Confirmed
Carrier tracking confirms delivery. The buyer's 48-hour inspection window begins.

Funds Released
If no dispute is raised during the inspection window, funds are automatically released to the seller minus the 7.5% See-King fee.
Payment Hold Period
Buyer payments are held by See-King from the moment of checkout until 48 hours after delivery confirmation. During this hold period, funds are not accessible to the seller. This protects buyers during shipping and inspection, and ensures refund capability if a dispute is opened.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Buyers may initiate a dispute during the inspection window if the item is materially not as described. Approved disputes result in a full refund to the buyer. See-King processes refunds within 5 business days of dispute resolution. Original payment method is refunded; we cannot redirect refunds to a different payment method.
Chargebacks initiated directly with your bank or card issuer — without first going through the Platform's dispute process — may result in account suspension for the responsible party. We strongly encourage using See-King's built-in dispute resolution before contacting your card issuer.
Currency: All transactions are denominated in US Dollars (USD). See-King does not guarantee exchange rate consistency for international buyers. Your card issuer may apply their own conversion fees.
05 Seller Responsibilities
As a seller on See-King, you agree to:
- Accurate descriptions. All item details — player, year, brand, set, grade, condition, card number, and any defects — must be truthful and complete. Submitting a Fill with materially inaccurate information is a violation of these Terms and grounds for account termination.
- Photo authenticity. All photos submitted must be of the actual item being sold. No stock photos, scans of different copies, or digitally altered images.
- Ship with tracking. All items must be shipped using a carrier that provides package-level tracking (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Tracking information must be entered into the Platform within 3 business days of a buyer accepting your Fill.
- Packaging. Items must be packaged to avoid damage in transit. Trading cards must be shipped in appropriate protective sleeves, toploaders, or hard cases. See-King recommends bubble mailers with rigid backing at minimum.
- Loss in transit. Sellers bear full responsibility for the item until delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If an item is lost or damaged in transit before the buyer confirms receipt, the seller must either replace the item or issue a full refund. Filing an insurance claim with the carrier does not discharge this obligation to the buyer.
- Taxes. Sellers are solely responsible for reporting and remitting any applicable taxes (sales tax, income tax, VAT) on their earnings. See-King does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf.
- Legal ownership. By listing an item, you represent that you are the lawful owner with full right to sell it.
06 Buyer Protections
Inspection Window
Buyers have 48 hours from delivery confirmation to inspect the item and raise a dispute. After 48 hours without a dispute, the transaction is considered complete and funds are released to the seller.
What Buyer Protection Covers
- Item materially not as described (wrong player, wrong year, different grade)
- Item significantly damaged in ways not disclosed in the listing
- Item never shipped / never arrives (confirmed via tracking)
- Wrong item received
What Buyer Protection Does Not Cover
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Minor cosmetic differences consistent with the stated grade
- Disputes raised after the 48-hour inspection window has closed
- Items returned without prior See-King authorization
07 Dispute Resolution
See-King uses a three-tier dispute resolution process designed to resolve issues quickly and fairly for both parties.

Tier 1: Direct Negotiation (5 days)
Buyer and seller communicate directly through the Platform to resolve the issue. Most problems — condition disagreements, missing inserts, minor shipping damage — are settled at this stage. Both parties have 5 calendar days from when the dispute is opened.

Tier 2: See-King Mediation (7–10 days)
If direct negotiation fails, either party can escalate to See-King mediation. Our team reviews all evidence — listing photos, offer photos, tracking data, and messages — and issues a binding decision within 7–10 business days.

Tier 3: Payment Provider Escalation
If a party disagrees with See-King's mediation decision, they may escalate through Stripe's dispute process or their card issuer as a final recourse. Note: filing a chargeback without completing Tiers 1 and 2 may result in account suspension.
Evidence Requirements
When opening or responding to a dispute, you must provide:
- Photos — clear images of the item received (front, back, and any defects or discrepancies)
- Description — specific explanation of what differs from the listing (wrong grade, wrong player, undisclosed damage, etc.)
- Timeline — when you received the item and when you discovered the issue
- Supporting documents — grading certificates, original listing screenshots, shipping receipts, or other relevant evidence
Disputes opened without supporting evidence may be dismissed after the Tier 1 window closes.
Return Shipping Responsibility
When a dispute results in a return, shipping costs are assigned based on fault:
Item Not as Described
Seller pays return shipping. Buyer is refunded in full (including original shipping) once the return is delivered.
Damaged in Transit
Seller pays return shipping. Seller should file a claim with the shipping carrier. Buyer is refunded in full.
Wrong Item Sent
Seller pays return shipping and sends the correct item or issues a full refund.
Mutual Agreement to Cancel
Buyer pays return shipping. Buyer is refunded the item price upon return confirmation.
Important: All returns must be authorized by See-King before shipping. Unauthorized returns — items sent back without an approved dispute resolution — are not eligible for refunds and may not be tracked by the Platform.
Dispute Timeline Summary
- Open dispute: Within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
- Tier 1 (Direct): 5 calendar days to reach agreement
- Tier 2 (Mediation): 7–10 business days for See-King decision
- Tier 3 (Escalation): Per Stripe/card issuer timelines (typically 30–90 days)
- Return shipping: Within 5 business days of approved return
- Refund processing: Within 5 business days of return delivery confirmation
08 Prohibited Items & Conduct
Prohibited Items
The following items may not be listed, offered, or transacted on See-King:
Counterfeit or fake cards
Trimmed or altered cards
Stolen property
Items with fraudulent grading
Resealed graded holders
Weapons & firearms
Illegal substances
Digital goods or NFTs
Recalled items
Unauthorized reproductions
Prohibited Conduct
- Off-platform transactions. Attempting to move a transaction outside of See-King to avoid the service fee is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
- Manipulation. Artificially inflating offer counts, submitting fake Fills, or coordinating shill activity.
- Harassment. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication between Users.
- Misrepresentation. False identity, fake reviews, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans.
- Scraping. Automated data extraction without prior written permission from See-King.
- Circumvention. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt Platform systems.
09 Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
- You must safeguard your credentials and notify us immediately at support@seeking.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account per person or entity. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Business accounts representing companies or resellers must identify themselves as such.
10 Termination
See-King reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform, other Users, or the collectibles market.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@seeking.com. Termination does not affect any pending transactions, disputes, or financial obligations in progress at the time of termination.
Following termination, See-King retains the right to retain and use your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.
11 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SEE-KING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM.
Cap on Liability
SEE-KING'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO SEE-KING IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Exclusion of Consequential Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL SEE-KING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF SEE-KING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless See-King, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of or access to the Platform
- Any transaction you enter into through the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
- Any content you submit to the Platform, including Seek listings, Fill offers, photos, and communications
- Any dispute between you and another User that is not resolved through the Platform's dispute resolution process
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and these Terms.
13 Platform Role as Facilitator
See-King is a marketplace facilitator, not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We provide tools, payment infrastructure, and dispute processes — but we do not own, inspect, authenticate, or take possession of any item sold through the Platform.
- See-King is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of items listed on the Platform.
- See-King does not guarantee that a Seek will receive any Fills, or that a Fill will be accepted.
- See-King is not responsible for the conduct of any User, including any buyer or seller.
- Grading opinions expressed by sellers are their own and do not constitute certification or authentication by See-King.
Third-party grading (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.) is the responsibility of the seller to accurately represent. See-King does not independently verify grades.
14 General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact See-King at support@seeking.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to the Platform with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and See-King regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
